How is Team Coaching Done?

Every Team Coaching starts with Team Assessments so that everyone knows each of the other’s behavior style.  Every person has a communication method that they want and need.  To greatly improve the communication between Team members we have to understand each other.  Have you ever tried to communicate with someone and they had to have more information in order to make a decision or action?  Do you have team members that don’t want to hear about your weekend but just want the tasks that you want them to complete?  Assessments are critical so that everyone starts to communicate effectively in the behavior style that the other team members need.

From the assessments team members gain great value, the understanding of all the other team members.  From this foundation action items with follow up and accountability is the starting point to get things done.  Every team is different and the next steps are carefully planned to create a culture of support and fun working with each other.  Based on the Team’s blind spots and strengths the facilitator will tailor a program to take advantage of their strengths and build bridges around blind spots.
