I was in his Vistage group for 5 years and the value that I got from Steve and the group was immeasurable; for example, while in Vistage, I bought out my other shareholders, created a communication protocol throughout the company (and damn it works well), increased my first pass yields from 60 ish to 99 ish!, have a 0.06% warranty, and now have an incredible system for innovating and following innovation protocols in the company, and because of Vistage I had banking relationships that allowed me understanding and access to PPP funds (and hopefully draw 2 any day now). I could go on and on about the benefits. I would not be where I am without my peer group and forcing regular communication with them.
